Payments and Insurance
We accept most major insurance plans including Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, Humana, Tricare, and United Healthcare, among others. Please contact our office ahead of your appointment to have us verify your coverage and contact your insurance carrier to check your plan details. In most cases, your insurance will pay for all or part of your visits, but coverage can vary by plan.
If you do not have insurance or if your plan does not cover our services, feel free to contact us to discuss other payment options. For neuropsychological services, we require a $500 deposit at the time of your first visit if you are paying out of pocket. Total cost will be based on hours spent, to be determined after services are completed.
