Everyone can benefit from psychotherapy. However, people experiencing day-to-day stressors, a history of trauma, a new diagnosis, or life changes may find our therapy services helpful.

The following are not required but can be helpful:
- Psychosocial or Medical History, especially as related to the central nervous system
- Known ICD-10/-11 Diagnostic Codes
- Any “Rule Out” ICD-10/-11 Diagnostic Codes
